That's the full list. Three things. A Mental Health Treatment Plan isn't needed to get started, and neither is a clear idea of what's wrong. 'I just feel off' is a perfectly valid place to begin.
If you'd like to access Medicare rebates, ask your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan under the Better Access scheme. You can always arrange this after your first session.
